TONG ZE Energy Company Ltd, founded by TONG ZE GROUP, is engaged in exploitation and operation of oil and gas fields, direct investments in energy projects, and management consulting services. The company has gained exploration right in QingHai DaFengShan and YouDunZi oil fields through partnership with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). DaFengShan covers an area of 241 square kilometers with predicted oil reserve of 35.3 Million tons. Currently there are 120 wells on this field and each produces high volume and high quality oil. YouDunZi is around 148.3 square kilometers, and has now completed its preliminary stage and have started well drilling in large scale.

Liu Jing – President

Mr. Liu Jing is college educated and has many years of investment and management experiences in the oil and gas sector. He is an expert in finance and taxes, as well as corporate strategies and project development. Previously he successfully cooperated with Australia to develop green food. Mr.Liu is currently vice chairman of Shaanxi-Shanghai Chamber of Commerce.

Liu Hudong – Executive Vice President

Mr. Liu Hudong is a senior engineer with a BS in civil engineering and postgraduate diploma from Xi’an Jiaotong University. He has many years of experiences in exploitation and production of oil & gas filed.

Yan Jun – Vice President

Mr Yan Jun earned a BA in Chinese Literature from Yan’an University and has many years of business management experiences. He was formerly Chairman and CEO of Shaanxi Western Advertisement Company of Shaanxi Media and Cultural Investment Holding Group.

Yu Shu – Vice President

Mr.Yu Shu graduated from Shaanxi University of Finance and Econimics with a major in Accounting, and earned his certification of stocks and futures professional from China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2002. Mr. Yu has many years of experiences in finance, investment in securities including futures and business management.

He Lei – CFO

Mr. He Lei graudated form Xi’an Jiaotong University’s Finance Institute and has 15 years of accounting and finance experiences. Mr. He was formerly senior manager at CIBC, and finance manager at China Nonferrous Metals Company Ltd (8306.HK), responsible for the whole IPO process including the pre-IPO audit.

Qin Wen Long – Senior Consultant for Technical Department

Dr. Qin Wenlong is associate professor of Xi’an Shiyou University and senior consultant of Shaanxi TONG ZE Energy Company Limited – Qinhai DaFengShan Project. Dr. Qin specializes in oil and gas exploitation and production enhancement, and has completed many provincial level research and planning projects. Dr.Qin has published more than 10 papers Advanced Materials Research, J.Dispersion Sci Tech, and other well-known international and national magazines.

Tian Bufei – Engineer of Technical department

Mr. Tian Bufei graduated from Xi’an Shiyou University with major in oil and gas field. He worked in the engineering department of Wuqi oil extraction factory, where he built database, collected information and conducted structural mapping. He participated in the conceptual design of Li’angou Gate and technical planning for the water flooding program in Shangzhang District.
