Mr. Ng Tang, David, graduated from the East China University of Politics and Law Department. He has over twenty years of corporate management experience in China and Hong Kong, more than ten years extensive experience of the Hong Kong listed company management and capital operation. Mr. Ng is presently the Executive Director of WLS Holding Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He had held management position on several Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company namely, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of China Best Group Holding Limited, Independent Non-Executive Director of Yanchang Petroleum International Ltd (formerly named Sino Union Energy Investment Group Limited) and Executive Director of China Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ng is actively devoted to the community in a number of charitable and service organization. He is the Committee Member of CPPCC of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, Board of Directors of Yan Oi Tong The 33rd – 35th Term, Vice President of Hong Kong Shanxi Chamber of Commerce, Director of Hong Kong Energy and Minerals United Associations, Vice President of Merchants Support For Rehabilitated Offenders Committee and Honorary President of Tsuen Wan District Junior Police Call.
