Dr. Zhuo Zefan, graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Northwest University and a doctor’s degree in Business Administration from West Coast University in the U.S. He has over 20 years’ experience in professional investment, mergers and acquisitions, finance and enterprise management.

Dr. Zhuo Zefan was the Executive Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Yanchang Petroleum International Limited (formerly known as “Sino Union Energy Investment Group Ltd.”, company listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code HK0346), the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (formerly known as “Sungreen International”, company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code 8306), and also the Director of West Movies Group Co., Ltd. In the early 90s, Dr. Zhuo founded Shaanxi Li Xin Jewelry Real Estate Investment Company Limited, which was jointly funded by the Shaanxi Branch of China Construction Bank and foreign investors.

Dr. Zhuo is actively involved in various social welfare activities, he has served as the former Vice President of the Agricultural Industry Chamber of Commerce of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce, Member of Shaanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Chinese Traditional Culture Exchange Foundation, Vice President of Hong Kong (Xi’an) Trade Association, Honorary Chairman of the MBA Federation of Northwest University, Founder of Chun Shan Education Foundation, Vice Chairman of Northwest A&F University Education Development Foundation, and the Vice President of the Confucian Academy in Hong Kong .
