First of all, I would like to thank you all for the support to our company throughout the years.

TONG ZE GROUP was established in 1995, with the team effort and 20 years of development, we’ve expanded into an international investment company. Our investments include agricultural science and technology, energy and mineral resources, and financial services, both in China and overseas. The company’s investments are done professionally, scientifically and accurately, and contributed to the society’s economic development.

Based on the firm’s investment philosophy of “Discover, promote, and realize values”, from the establishment of the Group, we have invested in projects encompassing agricultural high-tech, i.e., organic potassium fertilizers, petroleum energy and mining, investment and financial service, and cultural development businesses. The Group realized strategic goal of optimal asset allocation and comprehensive development, and have built a good foundation for sustainable development.

With business investment platform as foundation, selecting the right industry development strategies, we are devoted to build long-term value for the enterprise, and through financial operations, we have helped invested companies to enter the international market, attracted international capital, allowing the companies develop by leaps and bounds. The invested companies in agricultural science, mining and energy, and machinery have gone public in HKEX and China’s main boards. These all enhanced TONG ZE GROUP’s brand image locally and globally, and sped up the development of the invested companies.

At the meantime, we also spend a lot of time and energy on giving back to the society through cultural, educational and charitable activities. That includes set up an education fund for the needed students, and participates in non-profit events regularly, helping the groups in-need with living, educational, and other assistance.
