Ms. Xie Yiping earned her bachelor degree in accounting and is a certified accountant. She has over 20 years of experiences in accounting, investment and management, including over 15 years of financial management and investment management experiences in domestic and HK public listed companies.

Ms. Xie Yiping was head of finance department of Shanshan Group’s (600884:SHA) northwestern company, executive director of China Nonferrous Metal (8305:HK), and executive director of Yanchang Petroleum International Ltd (formerly named Sino Union Energy Investment Group Limited0346HK).
