Mr. Ma Ching Nam obtained a degree of Bachelor of Science in Economics with honors from The University of Hull in July 1977. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore in 1981, 1982, 1985 and 1990, respectively. He is also a Notary Public, China Appointed Attesting Officer and Civil Celebrant. Mr. Ma has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He is currently a partner of Hastings & Co, Solicitors & Notaries.
