Mr. Deng Heng, Henry, graduated from China Agricultural University and London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, worked in Chinese state-owned enterprises and is now living in UK. Mr. Deng is an overseas member of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Secretary-general of Cross-Strait China Culture Communication Foundation, and Honorary Chairman of UK-China New Overseas Chinese Federation.

The UK-China New Overseas Chinese Federation, founded by Mr. Deng, united a new generation of Chinese elite who are living in the UK, and have contributed to the construction of the motherland, and actively promoted Chinese culture. It has formed a friendly overseas force with political, economic and technological influence, attracted talents, and opened up channels for trade and co-operations with China.

The Cross-Strait China Culture Communication Foundation, founded by Mr. Deng and other visionary people, have seized upon the historic opportunities and pushed forward the solidarity and cooperation of overseas Chinese, combined the forces from overseas and built a foundation among the people for peaceful development cross the strait.
