Xi’an Movie Corp was founded on June 2000 by Xi’an Movie Production Company and Zhongying Group, with registered capital of RMB60Million and it is one of the major film studios in China. It is the first state-owned capital controlled movie company with private capital investments. The National Bureau of Radio and Television has listed the company, the most cared for cultural company by the local government, as an IPO target.
